The Bylaws of the Bowmans Tower Farm Associations require that a seller receive a resale certificate from the Homeowner’s Association(s) prior to closing. If you are representing a seller in BTF, you may request a Resale Certificate using the form below. Also, please read the section below concerning Bylaws and Covenants and download the correct files for the buyer.

Bylaws and Unilateral Covenants
New owners must be given copies of the Bylaws and Unilateral Covenants at closing. You may download them below. River Road residents need #1 and #2. Bowmans Dr. and Brooks Bend residents need #1, #3, and #4.
